Client Service Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms under which Spirit Removal Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”) will provide entity identification and removal services for the client (“you”).

By scheduling or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

 

1. Nature of Services

Spirit Removal Agency provides intuitive and energetic services, including assessing, identifying, and attempting to remove nonphysical entities or disturbances.

Our work is based on clairsentient and clairsensitive perception, not on religious, scientific, or technological methods.

We do not necessarily use tools, devices, or equipment unless we choose to do so; they are not usually required for our work.

 

2. No Guarantee of Results

Client understand that outcomes vary and no specific result can be guaranteed. Although we are experienced in this service and have achieved permanent results removing entities from premises, each case is different and we cannot promise that:

• A spirit or entity will be removed

• Activity will stop

• Conditions will improve

• Effects will match expectations

You agree not to hold Spirit Removal Agency liable for results that differ from your expectations.

 

3. No Proof or Physical Evidence Required

We are not required to provide:

• Photos

• Recordings

• Scientific readings

• Physical proof of any presence or activity

Our services are based on intuitive and energetic perception and energetically removing unwanted entities only.

 

4. Safety and Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service immediately if we encounter:

• Hostility, aggression, threats, or unsafe behavior

• Intoxication or drug use in the space

• Illegal activity

• Dangerous animals

• Unsafe environmental conditions that pose a threat to us by you or by entities

If service must be stopped due to any of the above, no refunds will be issued.

 

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Client Rescheduling:

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Our Right to Reschedule:

We may reschedule at any time due to:

• Unsafe weather

• Hazardous travel conditions

• Illness

• Emergencies

• “Acts of God” or events beyond our control

No guarantee of a specific substitute date is offered.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the disturbance

• Ensure the environment is safe for us to enter

• Keep pets restrained

• Ensure that no violence, harassment, or hostility occurs during the visit

• Follow any safety or aftercare instructions we provide. Failure to do so may result in termination of service without refund.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirit Removal Agency is not liable for:

• Personal emotional responses or distress

• Financial loss or property conditions existing before or after our visit that are caused by entities

• Physical injury resulting from unsafe environments

• Continued, increased, or altered activity following the service

• Interpretations, assumptions, or personal beliefs about the experience

You agree that our services are requested voluntarily and at your own discretion.

 

8. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared unless required by law or with your explicit permission.

 

9. Appointment Location

Appointments are only made for visits in the local area of Colorado agreed upon in our email to you;  and we reserve the right to refuse to make an appointment in difficult-to-reach or unsafe areas, including by conditions due to weather. 

 

10. Acknowledgment

By engaging Spirit Removal Agency, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the nature of energetic/spirit work

• You understand no guarantees are made

• You are not relying on these services as medical, psychological, legal, or religious advice

• You accept all terms in this Agreement
